OpenID makes mainstream news

OpenId got coverage in a recent BBC News article. As an eternal optimist about the smart use of computers I wonder if this spells an end to BAs in organisations all over caught in design limbo specifying username and password screens over and over again, not to mention the possible extinction of passwords scribbled on yellow sticky notes.
